Overview
Users may request deletion of their LastPlace account and associated data at any time.
Requesting deletion
To request deletion, contact support@plazr.app and use the email address associated with the account where possible.
What happens when your account is deleted
When processed, Plazr will take reasonable steps to remove account information, Tin membership information, stored items and notes, uploaded photos and documents, reminders and notifications, and other associated data.
Some information may remain temporarily in backups, logs, or security systems for operational, legal, or security purposes.
Shared Tins
If the user is a member of a shared Tin, membership may be removed. Collaboratively created content may remain available to other Tin members where appropriate.
Processing time
Deletion requests will be processed within a reasonable time after Plazr has enough information to identify the account and data.
Account closure
Deletion may permanently remove access to stored information and may not be reversible. Users should export or copy anything they wish to keep before requesting deletion.
Changes to this policy
Plazr may update this policy from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page.
