What LastPlace does
LastPlace helps users store, organise, and find information, items, reminders, documents, photos, and related records. LastPlace is a storage and organisation service only. Plazr does not verify, endorse, guarantee, or insure user content.
Your content
Users retain ownership of information, photos, documents, and other content stored within LastPlace. By using the service, users grant permission to store, process, transmit, and display content as required to provide the service.
Users are responsible for having the rights to upload and share content.
Shared Tins
Shared Tins allow information to be shared. Invited users may view, edit, or interact with content depending on app permissions.
Acceptable use
Users agree not to use LastPlace unlawfully, upload infringing content, gain unauthorised access, interfere with security or operation, or upload malicious or harmful content.
Plans, limits, and future subscriptions
LastPlace may offer different Tin plans with varying limits, features, member allowances, and storage allocations. Plans apply to Tins, not individual accounts. Pricing and features may change. Any future subscription terms will be shown before purchase.
Availability of the service
Plazr may update, change, suspend, or stop supporting parts of LastPlace, including older versions.
Data and backups
Users should not rely on LastPlace as the sole backup location for critical information.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Plazr is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of LastPlace.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
Termination
Plazr may restrict or terminate access where needed to protect users, the service, security, or legal requirements.
Changes to these terms
Plazr may update these terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page.
